One in my series of small original embroideries capturing local views around the South Downs and coast of West Sussex.
This view is from the beach just in front of our little beach hut studio at East Beach Studios near Splash Point, Worthing. It's summer time as the wheel is up and slowly turning and close to the water's edge there is a single figure walking a dog.
Piece is worked over cotton calico, painted and then embroidered with rayon threads.
Embroidery size 6" x 4"
Framed in oversized white mount in simple black frame. Frame size: 32 cm x 19.5 cm
Frame can be replaced with one in the same size with a choice of black, silver or light wood.
